Way.com celebrates booking millions of Parking spaces.

Way.com Headquarters.

FREMONT, CA, UNITED STATES, March 8, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Leader in the e-parking Industry?

Currently, there are a handful of companies operating and serving the e-parking industry. Way.com, a Silicon Valley startup and all-in-one services marketplace, is disrupting the airport parking industry. Way has parking partnerships with over 20,000 vendors in the US and Canada and connects travelers with parking spaces through their marketplace platform.

Way brings users value through its exclusive parking partnerships, technology, and parking prices that are up to 80% cheaper than the airport terminal rates.

The company has built a fast, convenient, and seamless way to book parking, dining, movie tickets, events, and activities. What do they do differently? They partner up with all the major hotels in the vicinity around the airport and list their empty spaces on the website. For example, Hotel Westin, Hyatt, Embassy suites etc. near San Francisco Airport have many free parking spots and are more than willing to earn money for those spaces every day. Way then markets these spaces on their website. These hotels are usually located within a 5-mile radius of the Airport.

Also, there's no need to spend money on ride-share or public transportation – all Way parking partners provide a free round-trip shuttle service to and from the airport.

Paying $$ for one day of onsite airport parking doesn't cost much. However, onsite long-term parking adds up fast and is very expensive! This is where Way.com comes in to save users a considerable amount of money. Way's parking rates for ‘SFO Parking’ can be as low as $9.95/day. Compare that to the $25 daily rate at SFO and the choice is obvious.

Future of Parking
It's no surprise that the demand for airport parking Is shooting up. This startup alone managed to book millions of parking spaces in a short amount of time. The future of this industry shines bright. If you attended the National Parking Tradeshow in Chicago last year, you would hear ‘The Uber of Parking” and “Big Data” at every step you walk. While a lot of people may say that Parking lots are destroying the city, but parking actually plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall transportation ecosystem and it will continue to do so.
This industry is just getting started.

Jamaica Tourism: Making visitor security and safety top priority

This is my third trip to Jamaica, and each time I visit, I learn something new.”

— Dr. Peter Tarlow, eTN Travel & Tourism Safety Training Program

KINGSTON, JAMAICA, March 8, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Dr. Peter Tarlow is currently in Jamaica conducting a security audit as he leads the eTN Travel & Tourism Safety Training Program in the country. He has spent the last few days preparing a national tourism security plan, and over the next months will travel across Jamaica to speak with many visitors and locals. Dr. Tarlow’s aim is to get to know Jamaica from the inside out.

One of the ways that Dr. Tarlow is learning about Jamaica is by spending time with the country’s tourism police. Last night, he went out with four police officers in Montego Bay, a tourism security unit composed of 52 officers that is on active duty every day of the year. Its officers work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

The police offers were quite open about both their challenges and successes, and Dr. Tarlow said it was an evening in which he saw a great deal and learned a lot. “This is my third trip to Jamaica, and each time I visit, I learn something new,” he said.

Jamaica Tourism is working with the eTN Travel & Tourism Safety Training Program to develop a unique approach to deal with visitor safety and security. Jamaica Tourism Minister Hon. Edmund Bartlett has made this the focal point for a new way forward for the visitor industry on this popular Caribbean island.

If the all-inclusive hotel Dr. Tarlow had the good fortune to stay at is any indication, Jamaica Tourism is moving full steam ahead with providing visitors with a positive holiday experience. Peter said he was amazed at the numbers of staff that work there and that between cleaners, technicians, swimming pool cleaners, and more, there seemed to be a never-ending sea of people making sure that everything was perfect at the hotel.

“The grounds are perfect, there is never a piece of trash on the ground, and the food is served by an ‘army’ of waiters and waitresses. It is all too easy to lose touch with reality and begin to think of oneself as royalty,” he described.

Today, Dr. Tarlow will meet hotel security staff as part of the next leg of his extensive tourism security plan for the island nation.

Nellie and her PaNellie Unicorn Cakes

On Tuesday, March 12, IHOP® Restaurants will host their annual Free Pancake Day® to benefit Children’s Miracle Network, including Primary Children’s Hospital.

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, UNITED STATES, March 8, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Last year, Nellie Mainor was one of nearly 87,000 patients treated at Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital. Now, 8-year-old Nellie is one of three children nationwide selected to the 2019 IHOP Kids Chef Team, thanks to her colorful unicorn pancakes and desire to help IHOP®Restaurants “flip it forward” and help other pediatric patients.

On Tuesday, March 12, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., IHOP®Restaurants will host their annual Free Pancake Day® campaign to benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, including Primary Children’s Hospital. Funds donated at Utah IHOP®Restaurants on March 12 will benefit children receiving care at Primary Children’s Hospital.

Guests visiting IHOP on March 12 can enjoy one free short stack of IHOP’s world-famous buttermilk pancakes during the designated time. In return, guests are asked to help make a difference by leaving a donation for Primary Children’s Hospital.

Funds raised through Utah IHOP® Restaurants will support Primary Children’s art and music therapy, charity care — for which Primary Children’s provided $18.1 million last year alone — and other programs.

Last year, IHOP® Restaurants raised more than $100,000. This year, they’re asking for the public’s help to reach their goal of $125,000 to give to Primary Children’s Hospital.

There is a limit of one free short stack per guest. The offer is valid at participating restaurants for dine-in only while supplies last, and is not valid with any other offer, special, coupon or discount.

Leading up to Free Pancake Day®, IHOP selected three child chefs nationwide based on their pancake creations. Nellie, an 8-year-old Primary Children’s patient who receives 10-hour, daily kidney dialysis treatments for the rare Dense Deposit Disease, was selected to the IHOP Kids Chef Team for her pancake recipe, “PaNellie Unicorn Cakes.” The recipe features a colorful stack of pink and blue pancakes topped with frosting, whipped cream, sprinkles, berries, and a sugar-cone unicorn horn. Check out a video about Nellie and her PaNellie Unicorn Pancakes.

Author and pastor Gene Lingerfelt reflects on a successful career history spanning more than three decades.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS, UNITED STATES, March 8, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ —
A published author, having written numerous books including “'10 Words That Can Change Your Life”
and “The God Touch,”' Dr. Gene Lingerfelt has enjoyed a successful calling as a well-respected pastor spanning some 35 years, during which time the Texas Christian University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate founded Faith Christian Center in Arlington, Texas.

“My wife Sue and I founded Faith Christian Center in 1984 in a hotel ballroom in North Arlington,” shares Dr. Lingerfelt.

As Faith Christian Center grew, the church built its own facility along Interstate 30 in North Arlington. “From here, the church continued to grow until, in 2006, we moved to our current location at US HWY 287 and Eden Road in South Arlington,” explains the founder and senior pastor.

Dr. Gene Lingerfelt's story, however, really begins at the age of seventeen. “It was then that I answered God's call to go into full-time ministry,” he explains. Not long after, Gene Lingerfelt would marry his high school sweetheart, with the pair subsequently each going on to earn degrees from Texas Christian University.

Six years after marrying, Dr. Lingerfelt and his wife Sue traveled to Africa as missionaries, stationed at the East Africa School of Theology from 1982 to 1983. In the years which have followed, the pair have together traveled to more than 40 nations of the earth, establishing almost 70 new churches in 9 different countries.

“It was upon returning to the United States from our first missionary trip to Africa that we pioneered Faith Christian Center in Arlington on January 1, 1984,” notes Dr. Lingerfelt.

Having earned a Master of Divinity degree from Texas Christian University and his doctorate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Lingerfelt and wife Sue also started a private Christian school in 1988. “St. Paul’s Preparatory Academy was established as a ministry of the church,” explains author and pastor Dr. Lingerfelt.

In the 35 years since the church was first pioneered in Arlington, Faith Christian Center has grown to include its current campus which is located on more than 70 beautiful acres in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

“For almost four decades now,” Dr. Lingerfelt adds, wrapping up, “my wonderful wife Sue and I have taught people from around the world how to practically apply God's Word to their every day lives.”

As a pastor and author, Dr. Gene Lingerfelt has a reputation for his practical and relevant teachings. His books include “The God Touch” and “10 Words That Can Change Your Life.” Married for more than 40 years and with two grown-up children, plus many grandchildren, Dr. Lingerfelt has also written on the subject of marriage and family with wife Sue, and has further written numerous workbooks and courses of study, including “Mighty Men of God,” “Spiritual Authority,” and “Discipleship.”
